Shipping and Returns


Due to the unique weight and size of our products, as well as the packaging required to safely ship them, we currently offer only UPS Ground shipping to the Contiguous United States.  For expedited shipping, or to ship to areas outside our regular service, please call our store at 508-430-2191 and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.  


We diligently inspect every item that we sell to make sure that you are getting the finest quality. We want to make sure you love your pottery as much as we do! Since all of our stoneware is handmade, hand-cast and hand painted, slight variations and imperfections are not only to be expected, they are what give each piece its unique character. Still, if you're not satisfied with your order, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in.

Please fill out the return form shipped along with your package and indicate what you are returning and why. Make sure to let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Chatham Pottery credit. If you lost your return form, call or email us and we'll be happy to resend you one.

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN or DAMAGED, please keep the item, and ALL PACKING MATERIALS for inspection, and contact us at (508) 430-2191, so that we can walk you through the process of having the item replaced.

All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

If you would like to purchase something that is listed as Out-of-Stock on our website, you may order it from us directly by calling the store (508) 430-2191.  Out-of-Stock items may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery, depending on the item.  We can give you a more accurate time frame when you call to determine if you would still like to make a purchase.
